Neuro Recall Batch Verify: How to Check Your Bottle Is the Right One
To check a Neuro Recall bottle, look for an unbroken safety seal, the FYVUS logo, "60 Capsules", a 2-capsule serving and the same 14 ingredients in the same order. Read the lot and best-before date on the base when the bottle shows them. Lot NR-26/NE-8088 and CoA NR-8088-26-NE are seller reference codes, not lab proof.

The codes
What do the Neuro Recall lot and CoA codes mean?
They are reference codes from the seller. Lot NR-26/NE-8088 and CoA NR-8088-26-NE tie a run of bottles to the seller's own records. Neither one is a lab result you can read.
A certificate of analysis, or CoA, is normally a lab sheet that lists what a batch was tested for and the results. No such sheet has been supplied to this site. Until one is, the CoA code is only a label for paperwork we cannot see.
| Lot code | NR-26/NE-8088 |
|---|---|
| CoA reference | NR-8088-26-NE |
| What they are | Seller reference codes for one production run |
| What they are not | Proof of purity, strength or outside testing |
| Lab named | Not published |
| Test results | Not published |
The reference label
What should the Neuro Recall label look like?
Use this panel as your reference. Hold your bottle beside it and read line by line.

The panel lists folate, vitamin B12, magnesium and chromium with amounts, then the ten blend ingredients with one shared weight. Small spelling details matter here. The real label prints "Alpa Lipoic Acid", and it names bilberry with the Latin "Vaccinium cyanococcus". A copy made from scratch may tidy those up.
Six steps
How do you check your Neuro Recall bottle?
Five minutes, good light, and your order email open beside you.
Check the safety seal
The label says "DO NOT USE if safety seal is broken." A torn, loose or missing seal means the bottle should not be opened further.
Turn the bottle over
Look for a lot code and a best-before date on the base, when the bottle shows them. Write both down before you throw anything away.
Read the front
The FYVUS logo, "NEUR" beside a 3x3 dot grid, "RECALL" in cyan, "60 Capsules" and "A Dietary Supplement" on a dark navy label.
Count the ingredients
Four vitamins and minerals plus ten blend ingredients makes 14. The order should match the reference list below.
Look at a capsule
The label lists a BSE-free gelatin capsule. Two capsules make one serving, and a full bottle holds 60.
Match the order email
The product name on the email and the bottle should both say Neuro Recall. A different name is a reason to call.
Side by side
What should match on a genuine Neuro Recall bottle?
Every line below comes from the label images. If one line differs, note it and photograph it.
| Check | The FYVUS label shows | If yours is different |
|---|---|---|
| Brand mark | FYVUS logo, NEUR RECALL wordmark | Possibly another product using the name |
| Count | 60 capsules | A different pack or a different formula |
| Serving | 2 capsules, 30 servings | Different directions mean a different label |
| Printed amounts | Folate 600 mcg DFE, B12 240 mcg, magnesium 250 mg, chromium 120 mcg | Call the order desk with a photo |
| Blend | WMG-NVT Exclusive Blend, 635 mg | Another blend name or weight is another formula |
| Capsule | BSE-free gelatin | A plant capsule is not this label |
| Seal | Intact under the cap | Do not take it; call the order desk |

Other sellers
Can you verify a Neuro Recall bottle bought somewhere else?
You can compare the label, but this shop cannot vouch for it. The order desk sees only orders placed through its own checkout. A bottle from an auction site, a store listing or a video ad is that seller's responsibility.
The six steps still help. A bottle that passes them at least carries the same label. One that fails them is a different product or a damaged one, and the seller who shipped it should hear first.
Limits
Does a matching Neuro Recall label prove what is inside?
No. A matching label shows you have the right bottle, not what the capsules hold. Only a lab test of that batch could show that, and no test report has been supplied. The FDA has no power to approve a supplement before it is sold (FDA, Supplement Q&A).
Read testing and quality for what is known about how Neuro Recall is made. Then store a checked bottle as the label asks: in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
FAQ
Neuro Recall bottle check FAQ
Where is the lot number on a Neuro Recall bottle?
Look on the base of the bottle, where the lot code and best-before date are printed when the bottle shows them. The seller's reference lot is NR-26/NE-8088. Write the code down before you recycle the bottle.
How do I know my Neuro Recall is genuine?
Check for an intact seal, the FYVUS logo, "60 Capsules", a 2-capsule serving, a 635 mg WMG-NVT blend and 14 ingredients in label order. If any of these differ, stop and call the order desk with photos.
Is the Neuro Recall CoA a lab report?
No. CoA NR-8088-26-NE is a seller reference code. No lab name or test results have been supplied, so it does not prove purity or strength. A real certificate would name the lab, the batch and each result.
Is Neuro Recall real?
Yes, it is a real capsule dietary supplement with a full Supplement Facts panel. Other products also use the name, so make sure your bottle carries the FYVUS label and the 14 ingredients listed here.
What if the Neuro Recall seal is broken?
Do not take the capsules. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is broken. Photograph the seal and call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, and keep the bottle until the desk replies.
Why does my Neuro Recall bottle list phosphatidylserine?
Because it is a different formula. Phosphatidylserine and rhodiola are not on the FYVUS label. Contact the seller who shipped it and compare the panel with the reference image above before you take any capsules.
Does Neuro Recall have an expiration date?
Look for a best-before date on the base when the bottle shows one. The label images supplied do not print it on the front. Store the bottle cool and dry with the cap closed.
